Tony Zapata been an integral part of the Abaris Realty accounting team since 1983. Mr. Zapata assisted in the development of the proprietary computer accounting systems that has given Abaris Realty the ability to keep state-of-the-art financial records for over 100 properties.
Mr. Zapata was instrumental in helping the Montgomery County Commissioner of Finance create and develop the reserve analysis model that is now required by Residential Community Associations. A bilingual graduate of the University of Maryland in Economics and Accounting, Mr. Zapata expanded on these skills to include property management services and management of rental properties offered as an in-house service to our Association client base. Mr. Zapata has extensive knowledge of construction and facilities management that compliment his accounting skills.
