Magna cum Laude from Towson State University in 1989, obtaining a B.S. in Political Science. 1995, Ms. Ambush graduated, Magna cum Laude, from the American University, obtaining a Master's degree in Public Administration.
Ms. Ambush has been working with Abaris Realty, Inc. since 1989 in which time she quickly progressed through the company holding many important administrative and accounting positions. Ms. Ambush is now a Property Manager and has been successfully managing a portfolio of diverse properties for Abaris Realty since 1990. She has a vast knowledge and a solid foundation of experience in property management of many types of Homeowners Associations and Condominiums in the Washington metropolitan area. In April 1998, Ms. Ambush obtained her Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) designation from the Community Associations Institute (CAI), which was an intense two-year program. Only 1% of residential property managers in the entire nation hold this designation. In April 2001 Ms. Ambush was promoted to Vice President of Abaris Realty, Inc.
