Mr. Loveland joined Abaris Realty Inc. as Executive Assistant to Steve Landsman, President, gaining experience on all levels of successfully managing a variety of complex properties. Mr. Loveland was promoted to Property Manager upon completion of a series of CAI (Community Association Institute) professional courses. Mr. Loveland is currently working on a program to reach the highest designation in the industry, PCAM. Mr. Loveland has been a Property Manager with Abaris Realty since 1995. Currently, Mr. Loveland manages condominium associations, cooperatives and homeowner associations in Montgomery County and the District of Columbia.
Mr. Loveland is a licensed Realtor in Maryland and the District of Columbia.
