University of Maryland in 1979, obtaining a B.A. in Economics and a B.S. in Business Finance with honors
Mr. Miller has extensive experience in the management of a diverse portfolio of communities over the past 26 years in the industry. He also has experience in condominium conversion and developer related issues. He was responsible for the successful conversion, to condominium, of two large residential rental properties. This personal experience is very valuable for communities which may be experiencing development challenges. Mr. Miller has in-depth experience in budget preparation and evaluation, preventative maintenance, energy conservation systems and an extensive knowledge of condominium law and conversion practices.
Mr. Miller has a solid background as a real estate manager and as an appraiser with Anath Bright & Associates, a Maryland real estate firm, where he did residential and commercial property evaluations. ( SRA - Society of Real Estate Appraisers) and is a licensed Maryland real estate salesman.
While in school, Mr. Miller worked as an apprentice and then as licensed Journeyman Electrician for R.L. Thompson Electric of Laurel, Maryland. This skill and technical knowledge has served his communities well in this area of expertise. He has been a Property Manager with Abaris Realty since 1983.
